We get a large volume of calls from recruitment agencies interested in working with us, but unfortunately it’s an impossible challenge to keep in touch with all of you. However, that’s not to say we don’t appreciate the interest you have in our business.

Our way of working

At Capita we always prefer to recruit candidates direct to our business and believe in promoting from within whenever possible. The success of our brand means that we’re also fortunate enough to be approached directly by many candidates, but now and again we may need help from the recruitment agencies on our Preferred Supplier List. We’ve worked hard with these suppliers to build world class relationships and we make sure that these are based on trust and respect. Our agencies are always briefed fully on the role(s) we need them to work on. Therefore we rarely accept speculative CVs.
