Eye care
For many of our employees, much of the day is spent in front of a computer screen, which can cause a great strain on the eyes. For us, employee welfare is paramount and all Display Screen Equipment (DSE) users, as defined under The Health and Safety Regulations Act 1992, are entitled to an eye test paid for by their employer. Capita has partnered with Specsavers to meet the requirements of the DSE regulations and provide our employees with an eye care voucher. The voucher covers the cost of both an eye examination and, where necessary, the provision of a pair of VDU spectacles.
