You have now hopefully got a better idea of who we are, what we do and what we can offer you as an employer.

But if you do choose to apply for one of our roles, and get to interview stage, there are a number of things you will need to take in to account before attending the interview. Here are a few helpful hints and tips:

  • Think about why you want to work at Capita – what excites you about working for a leading BPO company? How do you think you will fit in?
  • Why do you want the role you are applying for? What can you bring to it?
  • When you give us examples of what you've done in the past, try to make them relevant to the job you're applying for. Tell us if you've worked in a relevant environment with a broad range of people and delivered results you're proud of.
  • Be ready to tell us what your strengths are – and your opportunities for improvement.
  • Be honest, how long do you expect to be with us. Where do you see yourself in five years’ time?
  • Finally, what do you want from us? Try to find out what we can offer you as an organisation.
