Who are we?

We are the leading and fastest growing business process outsourcing (BPO) and professional services company in the UK. Our goal is simple - to help our huge range of public and private sector clients improve service to their customers. A FTSE100 organisation, we deliver multiple services across multiple markets to organisations based throughout the UK and Ireland. Our capabilities include customer and administration services, employee support and development, infrastructure (including software products and support, IT services and property consultancy), financial services and strategic support.

Still growing…

Twenty five years ago we had 33 people working for us. Today we have 37,000. With numbers almost doubling in the last five years, the number of Capita employees continues to grow at a rapid rate - organically through recruitment, acquisition of other businesses, and the winning of large contracts where employees transfer to our organisation.
