Customer choice & inclusivity

Making services more accessible to all sectors of the community

We focus on our clients’ customers. Where possible we provide inclusive, accessible services for end-users. We work with our clients to improve their customers’ overall experience. By using innovative new service solutions we can reduce administration costs across the public sector so that more money can be reinvested into front-line services.

NHS Choices
For the NHS we deliver NHS Choices, a health information website giving people reliable information and advice, enabling them to make informed choices about their healthcare. This allows them to take responsibility for their own health, reducing the burdens on the NHS and transforming the delivery of health and social care. The average number of visitors to the site in 2009 was 7.2 million a month; we have set a target of 11.7 million by 2011. By providing the service online we are making it more accessible, allowing people to access it anywhere, anytime.
