Our Board consists of:

Divisional structure

We maintain a simple, pragmatic divisional structure to share resources and economies of scale. Each of our operating divisions consists of a number of businesses and major contracts.
 
The common aim is to deliver service excellence and generate profitable growth through:

• Aligning each busienss with the Group's overall strategy and objectives
• Investing in service and product development and appropriate sales and marketing activities
• Maintaining a simple, pragmatic divisional structure to share resources and economies of scale

To reflect the Group's continued expansion in 2011, we have created a further business segment and moved some operations across the divisional structure to maximise managemenet focus and create smaller, more flexible business units to fuel growth.


Integrated Services
contains all of our major central government contracts and specialist services including:
TV Licencing, Criminal Records Bureau, central government services, customer management services (through our acquisition of Ventura and Vertex Private Sector).

Professional Services
comprises our local government services and strategic partnerships and all our software businesses as well as our document services and communications businesses.

Investor & Banking Services 
contains our insurance, shareholder, financial and trust administration and treasury services businesses including:
Insurance services, shareholder services, trust services and Sector.

Life & Pensions
comprises all our life & pensions businesses including:
open and closed book, occupational pensions, Capita Hartshead, financial administration services and Capita India.

General Insurance
comprises outsourced solutions for the insurance market, Marsh and Capita India

IT Services & Consulting
contains our ICT businesses, consulting and assurance and testing businesses.

Health
contains our health and medical businesses.

Property Services
contains Capita Symonds, our property consulting business.

Workplace Services
contains our resourcing, training and development , HR solutions and business travel and conferences businesses.
