We offer a range of services to help you communicate effectively with patients and the wider community 

Patients are used to communicating with their GPs on a regular basis and many practices have developed innovative ways of doing this. GP Commissioning Consortia brings some different challenges to this communication and, at Capita, we have a wide range of skills, services and experience to ensure that this is done effectively.

  • sophisticated and targeted social marketing techniques to ensure your message reaches the right people
  • the management of statutory and non-statutory public consultation processes, ensuring that clinical time is used to best effect
  • managing the relationships with Healthwatch bodies, Overview and Scrutiny Committees and Health and Social Care Partnership Boards 
  • campaigns around specific health messages, such as flu, to ensure local patients are directed to the most appropriate services
